Extensions & Internal Alterations, Horam, East Sussex:

Comprehensive structural works are being completed to add space to an existing and unique dwelling in Horam.

A single-storey rear extension is being constructed, in addition to a two-storey side extension being built off an existing ground floor section of the property. There are also significant internal structural alterations designed to open up the existing space.

A hidden well was exposed early on during the works, as were some unexpected structural features. We worked closely with the client and contractor to overcome these issues effectively and efficiently, allowing the works to continue on site.
